Emergency Selectmen’s Meeting of April 17, 1998
Present: C. Flynn, J. Murdoch, C. Kuchinski. D. Webster and Joseph Nugent, Exec. Sec.
Flynn called meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Executive Secretary explained the need to add an article to the Special Town Meeting Warrant prior to posting which was to be done on the 18th of April.
Kuchinski wanted Nugent’s input on contact with District Attorney’s Office regarding status of this meeting for emergency purposes. Nugent reported District Attorney not available, but will continue to contact and will notify members of his conversation.
MOTION by J.Murdoch to open the special town meeting warrant. 2nd by C. Kuchinski

MOTION by J. Murdoch to add an article transferring free cash into the Town Benefits Line to cover a shortfall. 2nd by D. Webster
